About this template

This template offers an adjustable food database. By simply pressing the add button, and typing the name of the food that you wanna add, lets say it's omelette, you will have 4 columns to fill: calories, fat, carb, and protein per gram (or any metric that you wanna use). Doing a quick search on google to fill those columns or properties, will allow you to have a full functioning food database that you just have type in the grams eaten of each food, and by using an integrated function, you will have a sum of all the four nutrients of that meal at the bottom of the database. You can categorize foods by different adjustable categories like: Poultry Products, Diary Products, Fruits, etc. You can sort foods by categories, or manual if you want.

And if you don't know how to show the Calories per gram and same properties, just head to the three dots at the top right of the database, head to properties, click on the eye icon to show them, when you are done, do the same again to hide them.

After that, simply type it in the meal database/view underneath it to keep a record and have a sum of all meals nutrients during the day. It's has four sections: Breakfast, Launch, Dinner, and Snacks. Which again, is largely customizable.

Then you have the exercises, which are categorized by 1. Primary Muscle Groups, 2. Secondary Muscle Group. Each exercise then has an illustration and 4 properties or rows: 1. Sets, 2. Reps, 3. Weight, 4. Notes. If you want to delete the notes property you can do so, as all the 3 properties before are text properties, meaning that you can type text in it as well as numbers, so if the note is related to sets, right it in sets row, you are free to do as you want.

After you have set all of your exercises, it's time to set your workout routine, or the group of muscles/exercises worked in that day. But first, we head to the "Workout Schedule" database/calendar view, Here when you create a new page in a certain day, you will be faced with those properties/rows: 1. Muscles Worked, 2. Date, 3. Time, 4. Exercises, 5. Difficulty, 6. Body Weight, 7. and a Checkbox. I guess most of these are self-explanatory, so lets focus on 2 things, Muscles Worked and Exercises.

Instead of searching, choosing, and adding each exercise, each time you plan to workout independently, the Muscles Worked comes to save you. Which is simply a bunch of pre-defined exercises grouped together under a name, Push 1st for example. How to do it? Firstly you need to edit the property itself by adding the different workout names, e.g. Push 1st, Pull 1st, Leg, Push 2nd, Pull 2nd, Rest. This is simply typing a text, done? Well, you then have to go to the top right corner of the Workout Schedule database, you will find a button called "New", there's a little arrow next to it, press it then press "add a new template". Here you have to select one of the Muscles Worked that have defined before, then select the related exercises. If you wanna keep track of the workouts by its name, type the related workout name in the title, e.g. Push 1st. If you wanna keep track of it by days, e.g. Day 01, Day 02, etc, leave it empty, Then go to the three dots on the top right corner and check "small text", cause that's how I like it :).

After that, lets say you are going with Day 01, Day 02, format, wanna create assign a workout to a specific day? Press the + button on the day you wanna add it to, Right the day number on title, Day 14 for example, underneath all properties, click the the workout day, Push 1st for example, and you are done. What if you didn't complete all the exercises or all the sets on that day for some reason? Just press - near the exercise and you will remove it from that day, and adjust the intensity based on that.

Well, that's pretty much it. I tried to go into details for anyone that might need help to navigate through this template. And remember, this template is highly customizable, from the names to properties. So, if have a suggestion or have tried it and found a better execution, contact me for further improvement.
